Outworkers
Visits were made by public health inspectors to the homes of persons notified to the Department
as outworkers in accordance with the requirements of Section 133 of the Factories Act 1961.
In no case was it found that work was being undertaken in unwholesome premises, and no employer
was found to have defaulted in making the required returns.
