SANITARY INSPECTOR'S ANNUAL REPORT
for Year 1911.
TO THE
CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS
OF THE
friern Barnet Urban District Council.
Gentlemen,
I beg to submit my report for the Year ending
31st December, 1911, including a summary of the work
carried out, in the abatement and suppression of nuisances,
the means taken to check the spread of disease, and the
supervision of the food supply of the district.
Complaints.
These numbered 111, and were investigated, 13 related
to the non-removal of dust and were handed over to the
Surveyor's Department to deal with, four related to matters
not remedial under Public Health Law.
Nuisances.
The number dealt with was 457, of these 431 were
abated and 20 imabated on the 31st of December.
The supervision of all works for the abatement of
nuisances is carried out by your Inspector,
