Sanitary Conveniences
There are 24 conveniences attached to public houses within
the Borough. These premises are inspected periodically.
A new public convenience for both sexes was opened on the
Glebe Land, North Circular Road, during 1952. There are now
14 public conveniences in the Borough, including those in
recreation grounds. Thirteen of these conveniences provide
accommodation for both sexes and one for males only.
