The Sanitary Inspectors have given much of their time to
visiting food premises and by co-operation with owners have
effected many sanitary improvements in the buildings. They have
also aroused considerable interest among the employees at all
levels in the cleaner production and handling of food.
I have included certain information regarding the services now
administered by the County Council.
I wish to thank all members of the staff for their loyal and
conscientious service throughout the year.
