Rats were found within the curtilage of 75 premises other
than those for which complaints were received.
Poultry was kept at 41% of premises infested with rats.
Three hundred and forty-six jobs were completed during the
year.
Twelve rat infestations and 8 mice infestations were incompleted
at the end of the year, while 16 cases carried forward
from 1947 were completed during 1948.
54
