Smoke Abatement
The factory chimneys in the area have been kept under
observation and generally little nuisance from smoke or grit has
occurred. In one instance nuisance from the emission of black
smoke was traced to a defect in the mechanical stoker.
Inspection of Meat and Food
The inspection of food and food preparing premises has
received the special attention of the sanitary inspectors.
