Cambridge Cottage, King Street, N.2.
The work of demolishing this house, which was commenced
by the owner at the end of 1935, was discontinued
and left in an incomplete state. After some little delay, the
demolition of the house was completed by the Corporation
in the owner's default.
1 and 2, Rustic Cottages, Dunger Place, N.12.
A demolition order was made by the Corporation with
respect to these cottages, and legal proceedings were taken
to obtain possession of one of the houses, the other being
already vacant. The actual demolition of the property has,
however, been allowed to stand over for a time pending the
closing and demolition of an adjoining house.
