Dental Treatment.
Expectant and nursing mothers who are in need of
dental treatment are referred by the doctor at the Centres
to the Council's dentist. Under the Council's scheme treatment
is limited to extractions and fillings, but the Voluntary
Association give assistance to necessitous mothers to enable
them to obtain dentures.
The amount of work done shows a considerable increase on the previous year, and it has been decided to have two sessions per week instead of one as from the 1st April, 1936.
