Housing Act 1957 Sec 2 and Ministry Circular 2/60.
In accordance with the provisions of the above Act and
Circular dated 27th January, 1960, a preliminary survey
was duly carried out, as a result of which a total of 82
Privately owned houses and 18 Corporation properties were
scheduled as probably needing to be dealt with under sections
17 or 42 of the Housing Act, thus forming the basis
tor a second 5 year plan.
