Considerable time and attention was devoted to inspections
at the above food premises, and where defects or improvements
were indicated, proprietors were found ready to
co-operate.
E (7) Food Hygiene
Erith, Bexley and Crayford Clean Food Traders' Guild
Resulting from a continuous clean food campaign, 43
Erith traders are now members of the Guild and display the
approved plaque on their premises, whilst another 17 food
traders are recommended for membership and awaiting
approval by the Executive Committee.
A considerable number of improvements have been
effected at food premises during the year.
The following samples were procured during the year and submitted to the Public Analyst for the purpose of analysis, with the following results:—
