Housing-Informal Action Sec. 11 Housing Act, 1936:—
In the case of a first floor flat, the owner gave an undertaking
not to relet the accommodation as and when the
premises become vacant.
An Abatement Order was granted by the Justices under
Section 92 Public Health Act, 1936, to effect repairs at one
dwelling.
