The number of deaths from Tuberculosis during
1919 was 40 as compared with 51 during 1918, and an
average of 40.5 during the past 6 years. Of these 32
were due to Pulmonary Tuberculosis, and 8 to other
forms of Tuberculosis. The death rate from all forms
of Tuberculosis was 1.31 per 1,000 as compared with
1.58 in 1918 while that from the pulmonary form was
1.04 per 1,000 as compared with 1.25 in 1918.
On page 25 I give a table showing the deaths from
Tuberculosis classified according to age and sex during
the past 6 years.
