Erith.
May, 1916.
To the Chairman and Members of the
Urban District Council of Erith.
Gentlemen,
I have the honour to submit to you my Annual
Report for the year 1915 in accordance with the
Regulations of the Local Government Board.
Owing to the absence of your Medical Officer of
Health, Dr. A. E. Jerman, on military duty in connection
with the war, I have been asked to act as his
deputy in the sanitary part of his work, and though I
have given much time from my own private duties, it
may be excused that this report is not so full as that of
your regular Medical Officer of Health.
The School Work. Examinations of children, as
well as attendance of patients at the Sanatorium, have
been apportioned to other medical men in the district.
I am, Gentlemen,
Your obedient Servant,
