PREVENTION OF DAMAGE BY PESTS ACT, 1949.
Two of the rodent operatives carried out sewer treatment by
Sodium Fluoracetate in damp coarse oatmeal involving 1,441 manholes.
The other two operatives dealt with surface infestations.
1,564 premises were inspected during the year, and of these
462 were found to be infested with rats or mice.
