HAIRDRESSERS' AND BARBERS' PREMISES.
Byelaws were made in 1937 for the purpose of securing the
cleanliness of any premises used for the purpose of carrying on the
business of a hairdresser or barber and of the instruments, towels,
and materials used in such premises.
These byelaws have proved useful in maintaining a high standard
in the premises in the Borough.
