SLAUGHTER-HOUSES
There are eight slaughter-houses in Enfield, none of which is
in use at present.
THE MILK (SPECIAL DESIGNATIONS) (RAW MILK) AND
(PASTEURISED AND STERILISED MILK) REGULATIONS, 1949.
The following Licences were in operation at the end of the year

During the year 15 samples of Milk were taken and tested;
all were found to be satisfactory, with the exception of one, and
the necessary action was taken in regard thereto.
