SLAUGHTER-HOUSES
There are eight slaughter-houses in Enfield, none of which is
in use at present.
MILK
The new Milk and Dairies Regulations, 1949, came into force
on 1st October, 1949, and have meant considerable changes in the
administration.
The local authority is no longer responsible for the registration
of cowkeepers, dairy farms, or dairymen, or inspection of their
premises as heretofore.
