The net death-rate for the District is 9.41 per 1,000 population.
Three-hundred-and-two deaths registered in the District were
persons over 80 years of age, 115 being males and 187 females, one
man dying at the advanced age of 94, three women at the same age,
three at the age of 95, and two at the age of 96 years.
The following tables give the causes of deaths at all ages and
of children under the age of 1 year:—
