To the Chairman and Members of the

Hypermetropia with Astigmatism 353
Hypermetropic Astigmatism 175
Myopia 79
Myopia with Astigmatism 104
Myopic Astigmatism 13
Mixed Astigmatism 53
Anisometropia 18
