Seven addresses of Outworkers have been forwarded to other
districts.
PLACES OF PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENTS.
In accordance with the recommendation contained in the
Circular of the Ministry of Health, dated August 25th, 1920, 10
visits to cinemas and other places of public entertainment were
made, and the sanitary accommodation at each place found to be
satisfactory and apparently sufficient in all cases. No standard
as to sufficiency has been laid down.
OFFENSIVE TRADES.
The following offensive trades are established in the District:—
Fish Friers 24
Rag and Bone Dealers 5
Glue Maker 1
MILK.
Frequent inspections were made of the Cowsheds, Dairies, and
Milkshops in the District, and every endeavour made to secure
compliance with the requirements of the Dairies, Cowsheds and
Milkshops Orders and Regulations in force in the District.

UNSOUND MEAT AND FOODS.

In this connection frequent visits were paid to the slaughterhouses, shops and markets, the number of inspections for this purpose being:—
