The following table shews the deaths registered in the District from the seven chief zymotic diseases during the past five years:—

The figures for Scarlet Fever, Diphtheria, and Enteric Fever
include all the deaths that occurred at the Joint Board's Isolation
Hospital, where patients belonging to other districts are also
received.
The actual Enfield deaths were:—Scarlatina 2, Diphtheria 7,
and Enteric Fever 2.
