PETROLEUM (REGULATIONS) ACTS, 1928-1936
During the year 6 new licences and 112 renewals were granted by the Council.
The following is a list of particulars of quantities etc., affected by these licences
Petroleum Spirit 514,681 gallons
Petroleum Mixtures 12,635 gallons
Rubber Solution 100 lbs. and 800 gallons
PLACES OF PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT
Fifty-one inspections of cinemas and other places of entertainment were made in
accordance with the Circular of the Ministry of Health of 1920, Conditions were found
to be generally satisfactory.
