FOOD HYGIENE CONTROL
SLAUGHTERHOUSES
Seven visits were paid and the carcases and organs of 13 pigs
killed were inspected during or shortly after slaughter. All were found
to be fit for human consumption.
MILK SUPPLY
Various licences were granted as under
Primary Supplementary

Supplementary licences are granted to retailers who live outside
the Borough, but who sell milk in the Borough; the Primary licence is
granted by the Authority in which the premises are situate.
The number of Dairies registered at 31st December, 1959 was 9.
