SLAUGHTERHOUSES.
Twenty-two visits were paid and the carcases and organs of 25 pigs killed
were inspected during or shortly after slaughter. One pig's head was found to
be affected with tuberculosis. Seventeen carcases of which some part or organ
was condemned showed a percentage of the number inspected affected with
disease, other than tuberculosis, of 64.00.
The following organs were surrendered:—
13 sets of lungs, 4 plucks, 2 kidneys, 1 head.

Milk Supply.

Suplementary licences are granted to retailers who live outside the
Borough but who sell milk in the Borough; the primary licence is granted by
the Authority in which the premises are situate.
