Cases per week
(1) All contacts visited and sample stool tested.
(2) Infected persons and their households excluded from schools, nurseries and
food handling.
(3) Schools asked to question returning absentees and not to re-admit those who
have had diarrhoea or vomiting until a negative report on a stool sample
has been obtained.
(4) Infected nurseries closed 25 days and children re-admitted after a negative
stool test.
