It would appear from this survey, that there was every cause to be
cheerful about the results. I would remind the Council however, that your
staff and that of the local Chest Clinic has already eliminated many of those
who might have been amongst the ranks of those examined.
I am rather concerned about the increase in Tuberculosis amongst the
younger members of the population and I must here state that in my opinion,
this is mostly due to the very unhealthy conditions under which some of the
citizens exist
