(1) Number of children medically examined, in order to ascertain
whether they were physically fit to undertake employment of a light
nature outside school hours 5
(2) Number of instances in which the state of health was found to

(3) Number of children examined as to fitness to take part in
entertainments 5
(4) Number of cases in which certificates to take part in entertainments
