10. PHYSICAL TRAINING.
Report of Physical Organisers:—
"Owing to the reorganisation of Physical Training in Middlesex in
January, 1938, the Organisers became officially responsible for Physical
Education, not only on the elementary side, but also in the Secondary and
Technical Schools, livening Institutes, Juvenile Organisations Committee and
all post-school organisations.
Recreative Physical Training.
Prior to January, 1938, visits had been made to many factories, clubs,
shops, etc., and after the position had been surveyed it was found that, with
