SANITARY CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE AREA.
Water.
The district comes in the Metropolitan Water Board area, there being a
constant supply for all houses.
Rivers and Streams.
The Enfield sewage farm is in Edmonton; this and our own sewage farm
discharge their effluents into the River Lea.
There is no pollution of the Salmon's Brook or of Pymmes Brook by any
commercial process, etc.
Drainage and Sewerage.
The drainage is the dual system in nearly all parts of the district, there
being a separate sewer for surface water.
