One-third the time of the Woman Sanitary Inspector is devoted to work in
connection with Tuberculosis. During the year, 325 visits were paid to homes
after notification, removal or death, and 1,175 visits to investigate all cases
notified during the last nine years. These latter visits were necessary in order
to bring the Register of Notifications up to date and in accordance with instructions
from the Ministry of Health.
