Condemned Property
The dwelling at No. 21, Henry Road, occupied as two flats,
became vacant last March, the two families having been found
accommodation on the Council's housing estate. The owners had
instructed a firm of contractors to demolish the building in accordance
with the requirements of the demolition order and arrangements
have been made for demolition early in the new year.
The basement flat at No. 7, Somerset Road, which was the
subject of a Closing Order, also became vacant, the tenant having
left the premises. This flat is now vacant and closed.
