Prosecutions
During 1968 there were six successful prosecutions for a variety of offences under the Act and
Regulations made under it, and two further cases were withdrawn.
The total fines in these cases amounted to £295. 0. Od. and costs of £98.14s. Od. were awarded to
the Council.
