RIDING ESTABLISHMENTS ACT, 1964
This Act came into force on 1st April, 1965. Two applications for licences to
keep riding establishments were received. Upon reports from the Council's
Veterinary Officer, licences were granted in both instances, although one licence was
issued on condition that certain works of improvement would be carried out within
six months. Routine visits of inspection were made on 24 occasions by public health
inspectors during the year.
