Exemptions
Two applications for exemption from the provisions of Section 9 were received
during the year and both were granted.
One application for exemption from the provisions of Section 10(1) was received
during the year and was refused.
Four applications for exemption to provide first aid boxes because of the provision
of first aid rooms were received; two exemptions were granted, one was later revoked.
The remaining two applications were deferred pending satisfactory construction,
equipment and staffing of the rooms to the Council's satisfaction.
