PUBLIC MORTUARY.
The arrangement with the Acton Council for the use of
the Acton Mortuary was continued during the year. 326
bodies were taken to this Mortuary and post-mortem examinations
were carried out in every case.
Arrangements were also made with the Uxbridge Council
for the use of their mortuary and 38 bodies were taken to
this mortuary for post-mortem examination.
