SHOPS ACT, 1950
Improvements under Section 38 of the Shops Act, 1950,
relating to the health and comfort of shop workers were
carried out in 53 instances:

Rodent Control in Sewers
In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry
of Agriculture, Fisheries and Pood (Infestation Control
Division), maintenance treatments of the soil sewers in
the Borough were carried out during April and October.
