HOSPITALS.
Isolation- Hospital.
The Clayponds Isolation Hospital at South Ealing is under
the control of the Ealing and Brentford & Chiswick Hospitals
Committee. Forty beds were available for the treatment of
infectious disease.
Maternity Hospital.
The Peri vale Maternity Hospital of 43 beds is also under the
control of the Ealing and Brentford & Chiswick Hospitals Committee.
Throughout the year this hospital was taxed to the uttermost by
the demands for admission, the accommodation being fully booked
months in advance throughout the year.
