position to deal with mothers than the Cherington House Centre.
The number of new mothers treated was slightly larger than
that in the previous year. The forms of treatment were, as usual,
scaling and extractions, and fillings wherever possible ; fitting
artificial dentures whenever a number of teeth were extracted

Altogether, 594 mothers and 324 children were treated.
