In submitting my report on the year's work an opportunity
is afforded me of expressing my appreciation of the work of the
medical staff and of the matrons, which has consistently been on
a high plane of efficiency. It is quite unnecessary for me to draw
your attention to the devoted service of Mr. Birrell, the Clerk to
the Committee, but I wish here to express my gratitude for the
great assistance he has rendered me as in former years.
I am, Ladies and Gentlemen,
Your obedient Servant,
THOMAS ORR,
Medical Superintendent.
Town Hall,
Ealing, W.5.
