Legal proceedings were taken in the following case, with the
result as indicated:-
Non-Compliance with Statutory Notice.
Section 94, Public Health Act, 1875.
Premises in such a state as to be a nuisance or injurious to
health.
The Summons was heard at the Ealing Police Court on the
23rd July, 1929, when the case was adjourned for seven days to
give the owner a further opportunity to carry out the work required.
At the adjourned hearing on the 31st July, 1930, the case was
dismissed on payment of 20s. costs as the notice had in the meantime
been complied with.
