The non-routine inspections consisted of 253 children who
were re-examined on account of some defect previously found,
and 20 children who were submitted by the head-teachers for
examination at school on account of some defect or suspected
defect. At the Health Centres there were examined 2,331 children,
who were submitted by the head-teachers, school enquiry officers
and the school nurses. Of this number 1,092 children attended
for further examination.
