Dr. P. Lancer, Consultant Ophthalmologist, reports as follows:-
"The work of the clinic continued as in previous years.
It is suggested that another clinic be held elsewhere in the borough as the
situation of Becontree Avenue Clinic makes it difficult to attend.
Again I would make a plea for early referral of any eye defect to prevent
the development of amblyopic eyes.
Finally, I would like to thank the clinic nurses and staff for their
co-operation."
