in other cases the voluntary agreement of the person was

Tents, Vans and Sheds
A licence under Section 269 was granted in respect of a caravan

Rag Flock and Other Filling Materials Act, 1951
Three premises have been registered under Section 2 of the
Act. One licence for the manufacture and one licence for the
storage of rag flock have been issued.
After careful overhaul of the various processes in the production
of rag flock, the manufacturer who previously was finding
difficulty in complying with the soluble impurities test (permitted
maximum 1.8%) has solved his problem and all recent samples
have been satisfactory.
The attention of a manufacturer was drawn to the misdescription
of material as "50% Wool Felt." It was pointed out that
the Regulations required woollen felt to contain not less than 85%
of animal fibre and woollen felt mixture not less than 60%. It
was suggested that the material in question should be described
as "Rag Flock layered." The manufacturers eventually agreed
to alter the description.

Samples taken during the year were as follows:—

Pet Animals Act, 1951

The conditions attached to the licences are those approved
by the Association of Municipal Corporations. Premises are
regularly inspected and no serious breach of the conditions has
arisen.
