Smoke Abatement
One large industrial firm in the Borough was the source of a
definite smoke nuisance. The installation of additional boilers is
in progress and it is anticipated that considerable improvement will
result.
Bacteriological Sampling of Milk
During the year 107 samples of milk were submitted for
examination and five were found to be unsatisfactory.
Bacteriological Sampling of Ice Cream
During the year 90 samples of ice cream were submitted for
analysis and 10 were found to be unsatisfactory.
