the Public Health Department, who have not only discharged
their obligations to the Town with credit, but
have evinced a spirit of willingness which does so much
to help the smooth working of any organisation.
To the Members of the Council, with special reference
to those of the Health Services Committee, I offer
my thanks for their continued interest shown in the
health of the people of the Borough.
