Enteric Fever.
No case of the Enteric type was notified during the

32 of the cases were admitted to hospital.
Cerebro-Spinal Meningitis.
Five cases were notified, all of whom were treated

fatality, a female aged 19, occurred.
Acute Anterior Poliomyelitis.
There was one case of Anterior Poliomyelitis notified
in July, the patient being a boy aged six. I am pleased
to record that he recovered after treatment at Rush
Green Isolation Hospital.
Pneumonia.
The number of notifications of Pneumonia received
was 95, this being slightly less than those for the previous
year. The number of deaths attributed to Pneumonia
was 51 ; the case mortality therefore was 53.7 per cent.,

notified.
