For the county districts within the Metropolitan area,
of which Dagenham is one, an agreement has been
arrived at with the London County Council, whereby
Smallpox cases will be received into the London
Smallpox Hospitals. As will be noted in the table
showing notification of various diseases, no Smallpox
cases were notified in Dagenham in 1936.
b. Tuberculosis.
