TABLE D - Exemptions
No exemptions were granted under the Act during the year
TABLE E - Prosecutions
There were no prosecutions under the Act during the year.
The majority of inspections carried out under the Act are undertaken
by a Specialist Public Health Inspector assisted by three Technical Assistants.
In addition, the public health inspectorate (establishment - 21)carry
out inspections at food premises to avoid duplication of visits.
Three members of the clerical staff are employed part time on work in
connection with the Act.
