I am indebted to the Borough Engineer, H.M. Collins, Esq., for the
following information:—
"I make the following comments on the progress of the new Sewage
Treatment Works at Beddington.
Good progress has been maintained on construction of the new
Sewage Treatment Works and the main part of the scheme is now proceeding.
It is anticipated that new Works will be in operation by the end
of 1969*.
