MIDWIFERY SERVICE
The Corporation employ directly a Superintendent and 19 domiciliary
midwives. 10 midwives are recognised by the Central Midwives'
Board to have pupils for the second three months of their
Part II C. M.B. training.
The work of the municipal midwives was as follows:-
